Weekly Class Schedule

Saturday 9-10am, (Our Space, Rathnew): Vinyasa Flow, Mixed level

  • A dynamic all levels flow culminating in relaxation & meditation

  • You can expect a strong, playful flow balanced with some juicy stretching

  • All levels are welcome

Monday 7-8pm, (Abbey St, Wicklow Town): Pregnancy Yoga

  • Find strength, softness & surrender in your pregnancy & birth

  • You can expect guidance to help you feel better in pregnancy and to help prepare you for birth

  • Breath & movement for your body, mind and to help you connect to baby

Pre & Post natal

Private or semi - private sessions combining strength training, yoga and breath work to support you through pregnancy, and into early motherhood. Each session is tailored to exactly where you are and what you need, helping support your core and pelvic floor.
